TOTP with enrollment ? #184

Hi,

For my work, I need to use this application on my phone. From my understanding, this plugin doesn't support TOTP with enrollment token as this one, am I right ? Does this kind of TOTP enrollment is normalized ? Do you think is there anyway to implement it in this plugin ?
