Adds some instructions #120

I kept going back to rakudobrew for instructions since I wasn't able to remember correctly the syntax. This small synopsis might help new- (or old-)comers to remember how to build the last available, stable (ish) version. Also reverses the list of available versions, so that newer appear first.

There is now another PR adding a rakudobrew help command and another one that tries to detect the shell the user is using. I'll try to get those PRs merged instead of this one. I only recently realized there was a PR queue waiting for merge, resulting in duplicate work. Sorry for that! Closing.
