Install script has hardcoded versions #127

While working on an install yesterday I came across an issue while running on macOS 11.2. I submitted a PR to fix the installer script, but found that each release is hardcoded to the macOS version.

I'm wondering if there is a specific reason it has to be this way, or if there is some way to update the process to not require a build for every macOS update?

There is now a single build for Mac OS.
