GAM oauth Create #386

When I try to create an oauth I don't get the expected Unable to connect instead get an error saying: "Something went wrong Sorry, something went wrong there. Try again." with a next button and the url doesn't contain the verification code and if I click next I get sent back to the account page.

What scopes did you select? All of then?That works for some users but not others. Scopes 38, 44, 47, 49 can be unselected for most users.
