"User: <user email>, Service not applicable/Does not exist" error when retrieving user email info #420

Hi, I'm receiving the error Service not applicable/Does not exist when I run many of the email-related command against a user's email, including print filters/lables/sendas. I've tried it with my own account (which has filters setup) and I receive the same behavior every time. I've also confirmed that my oauth settings are configured correctly:

gam user <user email> show filters 
User: <user email>, Service not applicable/Does not exist

gam user <user email> print filters
User: <user email>, Service not applicable/Does not exist

gam user <user email> show labels
User: <user email>, Service not applicable/Does not exist

gam user <user email> print sendas
User: <user email>, Service not applicable/Does not exist

Other commands complete successfully, however, such as: gam info user <user email>

Your service account access is not setup, do: gam user check serviceaccount
