error on the typing korean and removing the appearance of small setting box when I type #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.some how the KOREAN letters are fragmented when I type 
2.how to get rid off the dialog box appear everytime when I type something 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu 14.04 LTS  32 bit

Please provide any additional information below.

I try to type Korean and it comes like this ㅇㅓㄸㅓㅎㄱㅔ 
ㅎㅐㅇㅑㄷㅗㅣㅇㅛ
As you can see it is fragmented. I use firefox and sometimes it does and 
sometimes it doesnot and I believe whereever I type some websites with Firefox, 
it happens like this.

Secondly, eveytime when I type something, there is a small box appear 
underneath of the typing box. Is there any way to get rid of that?

It seems that you use ibus.
That's the problem of ibus not libhangul.
So, please ask ibus community or Ubuntu community.

For the second question, you can find a preference for that feature in ibus 
preferences dialog.
