I have the same problem on my Macbook 10.6.3 Snow Leopard. My Pennytel provider
works OK.

It looks like PJSIP doesn’t fall back to UDP after trying to send SIP request
via TCP.
For now, downgrading to Telephone 0.14.3 should solve the problem.

Setting PJSIP_DONT_SWITCH_TO_TCP to 1 when building pjproject should solve the
problem.
