All Mac OS X Snow Leopard users now have Mac App Store. This is the app where
you can buy or download for free another apps. Telephone is available to
download through Mac App Store:

Hello,
thank you for the answer last time. In fact I was not using apple store because
I did not really want to give them the information they were asking.
At the time I wrote this post, I did not have anymore credit card, and it is
necessary on apple store even for free products.
Now that I have one; I gave them my information and I downloaded Telephone from
Mac App Store.
And it is the same. the program seems to work perfectly, except that I have any
sound on both side of the communication.
It is very strange because it was working perfectly before. Can it be because
of my connection? I moved in Netherlands in a new place. It never worked here...

Yes, it can be because of the connection. And in the majority of cases that's
exactly it. Your router or your ISP can block some UDP ports or you can have
some strangely working NAT in between.
