I can NOT hear the person on the other line. But she can hear me.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run telephone application
2. Dial the extension number
3. I can NOT hear what she says but she can hear mine. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
She should be able to hear what I say. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use Telephone Version 0.15.2 (29), MAC OS X Version 10.6.6
She use Telephone Version 1.0.1, 

Please provide any additional information below.
When I test the Telephone inside my internal network, it seems to work fine. I 
have a SNOM phone that is set up with Asterisk. 

In my internal network, when I call Telephone application from the SNOM phone, 
it works fine. I can hear both lines perfectly. 

When I set up an outsource person to work with me, she's located outside my 
country, she can hear what I said. However, I couldn't hear what she said. 

We also communicate through Skype. Skype seems to be fine. But Skype is not 
connected to my phone network. 

Any idea will be really appreciated. Thanks!

Try using version 0.14.3 (still available here under 'downloads').  I had 
similar issues with 0.15.2 and with 1.0.1 but not with 0.14.3. (and I use 
0.14.3 a lot, it is currently my only phone)
