What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I try to connect to my regular sip phone (actionvoip), in that provider the
user id is the email address e.g. xxx@yyy.com.
2. The connection is never reached. It stays in connecting.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected is the connection that I can reach without issues using other SIP
software like X-Lite.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using Version 1.0.2 (102) in Mac OS X Lion 10.7.2
