DTMF support for G711 #435

It would be great if there is additional DTMF support in Telephone.
Telephone FAQ says that currently it supports: RFC 2833 or SIP INFO DTMF

My provider XS4ALL supports 
(http://www.xs4all.nl/klant/helpdesk/bellen/anders.php): 
- inband and G711,
- RFC2833 and inband for G729
- RFC2833 for g729

The codec used by XS4ALL (if I read the Telephone log correctly): "8 
PCMA/8000/1", which is G711 I guess?
