Cannot answer calls. #441

Hi,

I recently switched to Telephone from Blink, and have to say that I much prefer 
Telephone. The address book integration is far smoother.

I'm having some difficulty answering calls. When a new incoming call window 
appears, I click on the 'Answer' button — usually repeatedly — but nothing 
happens. I usually have to resort to calling the person back. It has managed to 
answer calls on rare occasions, but I can't quite figure out why. I've also 
tried answering using they keyboard shortcut, but still no joy.

I'd appreciate any help you could offer.

Looking at my console log, I can see this from around the time of the incoming 
calls:

07/01/2013 10:36:24.519 Telephone: Got disconnected: Error
