DTMF on Panasonic TDE200 set to Outband RFC 2833 #443

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Call number: 503.854.3320 (Breietenbush Hot Springs)
2. On pickup, try to navigate voice prompts.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to navigate through VPS menu. Get no response.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.4 on Mac 10.6.8

Please provide any additional information below.
Other SIP phones connected to the same PBX, same settings, transmit DTMF just
fine using same steps outlined above. Our PBX = Panasonic TDE200 with DTMF set
to Outband (RFC2833), payload type 101.

SIP phones attached to our PBX that appear to transmit DTMF properly:

Panasonic KX-HGT100
Patton SmartLink M-ATA

Also tried 3cx app for iPod touch, which also does not appear to work.

I am able to look at the Patton settings for RTP and notice that it is set up
for RFC 2833, but payload type = 96. Possible fix? I may try at the PBX and
report back here...

Please advise.

Thanks!

Interesting - was playing with the Patton interface and touched the payload
type - but didn't change it, and upon save I lost DTMF pass through again. But
when I set the value to 101 it started working again. So perhaps it was not
actually set to 96 in the first place, but is set to use PBX default until
changed by the user... Anyway, Patton is working again with RFC2833, payload
101 and of course Telephone App still is not.
