Remove limit of 32 accounts #444

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to configure 33 SIP accounts

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After I create 32 accounts, the plus button on the bottom left corner is 
disabled. I should be able to create as many accounts as I'd like.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Telephone 1.0.4 from the Mac App Store.
