Not acceptable here error #453

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. trying to make any call to any number

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The error message upon dialing "Not acceptable here"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.4 (114)
OSX 10.8.4

Please provide any additional information below.
It did work when I first downloaded. The next day it did not.
We have our own Astrix box. All our other voip phones work. We restart our 
astrix box every night, still no joy.

internal calls and external calls give same problem ?
