Pause iTunes #48

Telephone should be able to pause iTunes playback when incoming call is 
received.

Just an FYI, I see you recently started working on the Address book plugin, but 
I'm giving a shot at getting this 
implemented. I already have it fading the volume down and pausing the music 
when there's an inbound call. I 
just need to get it to restore the iTunes player state once the last call is 
finished.

You can use AKTelephone |activeCallsCount| property to check whether it has 
active calls.

Implemented by r699. iTunes is paused during calls.
