vue-cli-service build with --modern option fails in CircleCI #54

Adding --modern option in build script of package.json and running npm run build is fine in local terminal. However, CircleCI fails building it (The problem is not the timeout as it fails so quick that even the default timeout of 10m is enough).

Maybe a Local CircleCI instance can be used to reproduce the issue locally and debug it.
