Setting AllowColorChange to False makes spray paint invisible #12

If you change AllowColorChange in the config file to False - you can't spray anymore. There's sound, and tank depletes, but no paint (and no particles from the can). Eraser still works.

alright, v2.0.2 is out and the issue should be fixed!
