If you cancel the conversion process and add then some files to the list or add some new files after a completed conversion process, the counter of files doesn't get updated.
E.g. first run: 10 Files. The counter will display "1/10", "2/10" and so on. If you disrupt the process and add 10 other files, the counter will display such results "15/10".
