Incomplete Conversions #24

I've noticed a hand full a times I have conversions that stop after about 90 seconds - sometimes as long as 30 minutes. I can convert them perfectly fine with normal Handbrake. Is this a HandBrakeBatch issue or something else?

Might be, although I haven't noticed the issue. If you fix it don't hesitate to send a pull request, I'll look into that.
