Resolution always the same? #34

First of all, great product! When batch-converting video files the resolution always seems to be the same, not the original resolution but something like 848 by xxx..

I'm using custom presets from handbrake.

There's nothing that points to a fixed resolution in the: /Users/username/Library/Application Support/HandBrake/UserPresets.plist file

What could cause this problem?

Glad you like the application. Can you send me the preset file and give me some details on the files that you are trying to convert? File type, codec, resolution, etc.

Hi Apologies for the delay.. In the mean time I have tested with a 100% fresh setup of Handbrake on a different computer. Found out that there WERE some settings pointing to a resolution... It's now working as expected!! Great! DJ
