update to handbreak cli 1.4.2 #45

update to handbreak cli 1.4.2 and modern dark mode support. allow presets with space characters in name (\a used as separator so unless the bell character starts being used in preset names shouldn't be a issue custom user presets changed with handbreak so that system is broken so a reasonable subset was chosen from the defaults)

Since using the handbreak gui for batch processing UX is so terrible and the old version default presets caused significant graphical issues had to update this for myself
