I noticed this issue in the following situation. Other situations/combinations were not tested.
What happened? I joined a game through the joiner, was placed into spectator mode. I cannot remember if the flag was taken before or after I joined but this might have something to do with it. Either way, the flag state was not updated and there were two flags on screen.
Platform: Mac
Browser: Chrome
Map: Command Center
Method of spectating: Joined through joiner
Extensions/Userscripts enabled: Only TagPro instant replay and a texture pack.
