[Suggestion] Chat / Console Log #229

It would be nice to have a backlog of chat & notifications that can be toggled with a button in case something is missed.

There is a Chrome extension that saves all the chat if you want that.

Likely not league legal, as it gives additional info. Could be used for guaranteed pup timing.
