Support for PowerShell #39

Hey Daniel,

Do you anticipate TagTime could work with PowerShell on Windows as an alternative to Cygwin?

I'm afraid I've never even tried PowerShell myself. That would be a great question to ask on the TagTime google group though!

GitHub for Windows offers Powershell support by default, but not Cygwin (surprisingly). So there's already an overlap on the installation requirements for Windows users.

Closing because I'm no longer interested in this-- switching to a Unix was a much better solution. :grin:
