I have TagTime on Android and it pings me about every 45min. Every so often I export the data by going into "Manage Data > Attach to Email", then I get an email, and archive the data. The problem is as I get more and more data this takes longer and longer and I'm worried about sizes. I just did an export that was 7.7k pings and it took about a minute to load up the email client with the attachment and then it took maybe 20min for the 368k file to show up in my inbox. To keep this from being so bad in the future I clicked "Delete all Data" after I was sure I had the data fully exported, but now my saved tags are all gone.
I'm not sure what the right solution is here. One option is marginal exports, which default to "email everything since you last emailed stuff". Another is to have an option that deletes ping data but not saved tags (though they're kind of related). Other ideas?
