Notification Filter was active even though it showed as deactivated in app. [bug?] #67

I can't really replicate it, but "notification filter" was definitely deactivated in the app, however no notifications came through. I only noticed it when I removed the permission for Farhan to notifications access. After activating and deactivating "notification filter" everything works as expected again.

I propose that when the notification filter is active, it should create a constant notification informing about that.
