Create reservation page which should based on the design of Book a vespa test-ride . the reservation page should have the following inputs:

Username : should be autofilled
item : autofilled when the user come in from details page.
Start date of reservation.
End date of reservation.
City Also we should expect button which can allow user to finish his reservation.

NB: The design page should be responsive for mobile and desktop devise.
