Added slidingWindow() & smaller datasets #12

Method slidingWindow() is complete; give a dictionary as key_i_j Added a small and very small version of the fasta file; for ease of testing seq small.fasta was replaced in the yaml file as the go-to file (8Go to align instead of 50Go)
