Application is not switching from wifi to mobile data

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enable both wifi and Mobile data.
2.Place an audio call between A(Caller) and B(Callee) .
3.While call is in progress disable the wifi.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Call can be in progress with voice in mobile data.
But when disable the wifi call can work through mobile data. In this case call 
is in progress but vice is not there.
Application not switching from wifi to mobile data or viseversa.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Imsdroid 2.0 
Samsung galaxy S3, S plus, S2

Please provide any additional information below.
Can u please help me in this issue.
