Tahoma appears unresponsive when clicking "raster" #1510

Bug Description

Appears that I cannot click on any buttons or interact with anything,

however, it only appears that way, you can still draw and pick brushes and tools, but the interface remains unresponsive (you can't scroll on the raster tab and all of the buttons don't do the "on-hover" or click animation. they don't update to the current tool or brush you are using)

Another user with an Nvidia Rtx 3050 Laptop GPU reported having the same problem a while ago. They seemed to have gotten around it with a different video card with an AMD card (assumed a different machine).

If you have 2 graphics cards, Nvidia and Intel, then in Windows settings, add an entry in Graphics Settings for T2D and set it to the Intel card and see if that helps any.

Seems there are issues with Nvidia RTX 3050 cards that can cause systems to lock up and crash. Not sure if its somehow related.

I suggest making sure your NVidia drivers are on the latest version.

Can try the suggested workaround, where they set the Power Management Mode in the Global settings of the NVidia 3D settings to maximum performance mode.
