Reset to Default Rooms Glitch #680

Describe the bug Resetting to default rooms causes strange behavior where the rooms don't always reset and multiple panels can end up floating.

To Reproduce List steps to reproduce the behavior.

  1. Customize a room by docking a level strip or etc.
  2. Close and reopen Tahoma
  3. Use reset command
  4. Change rooms

This seems to happen in any room. If you make changes to a room and reset later in the same session, the command seems to work. When you close and reopen before resetting, then it doesn't reset and adds the floating windows.

Doesn't happen in Windows or Linux, but I was able to duplicate in macOS. Will try and figure it out.

Just an FYI, having the interface locked/unlocked doesn't make a difference.
