Implement a build system based on cmake #2

The current text_view make based build system is very limited. Origin has a cmake based build system. Implementing a build system based on cmake might allow building Origin and text_view together while providing a much more capable build system.

This issue is complete as of commit d0f03e5c9ca48716fdff9244f4649410966eb1aa. The previous build system has been removed.
