Additional Terms
The licensors of the Program authorize the entities identified at
additional-license-grants.tally.eth (the “Authorized Entities”) to convey the
Program or any Covered work via the application stores or other distribution
channels listed at additional-license-grants.tally.eth (the “Authorized
Channels”), even if such distribution channels require that material which is

We want GPLv3 as the primary, with a slightly less intense alternative copyleft license to be compatible with Apple's distribution channels.
Another approach is to have a secondary closed-source license with exemptions ala Uniswap. Tally will always remain free and open source — this would only be an option for licensees who aren't able to fully comply with the GPLv3 and seek an exemption from the DAO, or that the DAO grants an exemption for proactively, like eg mobile app store inclusion.
