Updated copy, links, and config files to Taho #143

Made the following updates for the Tally Ho -> Taho rename:

Changed config files
Changed all copy with "Tally Ho" to "Taho" on all pages
Updated twitter, discord, notion, chrome store, and blog links to new URLs. -- Pending: governance forum and github link updates
Added homepage banner with link to blog post
Added new Taho logo to header

Test:

[x] All links on all pages work
[x] No mentions of "Tally Ho" in copy across the website
[x] No misspellings of "Taho" in copy across the website
[x] Homepage banner format works on mobile
[x] Homepage banner link directs to the rename blog post
