[Doc] add install script #10

Add install script as the current document is a little ambiguous and indicates meshtaichi is included in taichi

Update:

I found that there exists the installation script; but quite later part in the document :> my bad.

But still, feel it's better to mention installation earlier.

May I ask why I always get errors when installing the meshtaichi_ptcher plugin? [end of output]

note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip. ERROR: Failed building wheel for meshtaichi_patcher Failed to build meshtaichi_patcher ERROR: ERROR: Failed to build installable wheels for some pyproject.toml based projects (meshtaichi_patcher)
