Distribute as Houdini Package

Why

So user could setup houdini.env or copy a json to include this repo, and so we could distribute houdini digital assets(hda) with this repo, and thus we could even write our installer.

How

Organize folder structure like a houdini package,
example folder structure will be

• hip, where you put all example scene
• scripts
  • python, where you put all python scripts
• otls, where you put all hda assets
• toolbar, where you put all shelf button

Great tips. After comparison, I thought the JSON file in the /packages folder is easier for users to use.

I will make these happen as soon as the emitting particles by SOP geometries are implemented and tested.
