I have installed Tiaga on a Windows machine on Docker Desktop. It's working fine but when I am trying to access it from another system in my network, I can open it but can't access tiaga interface

On another system over the network, I am seeing this page
On inspecting I came to know, is because of APIs. its giving net::ERROR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

OS: Windows 11
Browser: Chrome Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) (64-bit)
