Buttons too small for managing/editing comment lists #141

Please describe the problem / need you are trying to solve. The save/trash/edit icons shown in lists/comments are way too small (and maybe a little bit ugly, but that doesn't matter much to me). I have a condition where I have tremors in my hands, which can make it very difficult to accurately click these buttons as they are now.

Describe the feature or the improvement you'd like and what are you trying to achieve. Larger icons please!

i find the small items and small distances between them annoying as well.

i wonder why this small issue is still not fixed.
