If using CRLF vs LF line endings, jobs are always in change status when doing a templatefile replacement

Placing this here for documentation and idea for future improvement.

I have a basic xml template that I'm placing all of my declarative pipelines into. In this process I was always seeing jobs will be updated in place. I could never get my configuration to match.

Once I switched to LF Line endings, this issue was resolved.
