Similar to valgrind and https://github.com/taiki-e/install-action/issues/515 , their binary releases are not on github releases, e.g. https://github.com/tailscale/tailscale/releases/tag/v1.66.4
Linux static binaries are available at https://pkgs.tailscale.com/stable/#static , as are Windows and Mac files, but I havent determined whether those archives can be used.
Installing using this action will become sensible once https://github.com/tailscale/github-action/pull/121 is merged.
