Support binfmt. This allows running the cross-compiled binaries directly.
Set the DOCTEST_XCOMPILE environment variable to easily run cross-testing of doctest. See readme for more.
Add runner input option.

hmm, binfmt doesn't work well for 32-bit mips binaries.

ok, fixed 32-bit mips except for mipsisa32r6el-unknown-linux-gnu (tier3).
