Activity Tab is Empty #16325

Describe the bug

Description of the bug here. I have done several transactions such as Add LP, Collect Fee, Swap, etc. https://swap.katla.taiko.xyz/#/swap

It's just that the Activity section (see image below) still shows no activity at all, maybe it could appear soon.

https://swap.katla.taiko.xyz/#/swap After making a transaction (Swap, LP, etc.) click the Wallet Tab (Profile) then click Activity at the bottom.
