Technical Requirements

Add a configuration called enableJIT in Server to enable the JIT executor instead of the async_graphql executor.
JIT executor should be created only ONCE per GraphQL request and stored in the app_context.
Create a module cli::jit_hyper for this new implementation
Ensure clean structure in code with documentation, maximize code reuse.
