fix(445): layout fixes

This PR introduces a <Section/> component for consistent spacing. Removed all one off duplicate spacing divs. Dimensions referenced from Figma

Also fixes deploy anywhere & Benefit card spacing/misalignment

@tusharmath Fixed the regression on ultra wide monitor. Could you review this again at your convenience?

1. The "more reasons" section has a gap on the left. It should start exactly where everything else starts from.
