Now compiling with autotools no need for submodule, finds libwebsite and coyaml via autotools/libtool.

Sorry for being silent for years. But now the project is largely superseded by swindon, while it doesn't have same protocol it's more powerful and rust makes it easier to develop and more error-prone.
