By default tclip uses https://github.com/Xe/xess for CSS, which in itself offers a decent way of creating custom colour schemes. The files are embedded into the binary, which leaves no room to modify the CSS after build time - maybe we could introduce a configuration option to pass through a custom CSS file that is appended to the existing file during runtime.
