Mullvad exit-nodes show up in the "All machines" list #278

The Mullvad exit nodes aren't usable for the VScode extension, so perhaps group these under a location or tag specific foldout.

Still having this issue on MacOS. Id also appreciate not having to see these nodes, I like the idea of them having their own drop down like all machines or something to hide them entirely.
