add config option for state directory #44

and got Error: loading initial config: loading new config: http app module: start: listening on tailscale/foo:8081: unrecognized placeholder {node} - not sure if my config is wrong?

I apparently only implemented the {node} substitution on the app-wide config, not the node-level.
