Moving commits from fork of this repository.

These commits were in the private fork of the repository we formerly had at https://github.com/tailscale/tailscale-qpkg. When we transferred the repository from https://github.com/ivokub/tailscale-qpkg/ we had to move the fork out of the way, and doing so broke its connection to the upstream repo. We're manually moving the commits back into place.
